Hiring a helper shouldn't feel like a gamble. We focus on getting the match right from the start — and standing behind it when it matters.
Fee Breakdown
Transparent. Three parts. No surprises.
Your S$1,900 all-in employer fee is made up of three distinct components.
Agency Fee
S$1,100
Our placement fee covering consultation, candidate matching, interview coordination, and post-placement support.
Regulatory & Third-Party Costs
S$800
Covers MOM-mandated fees (Work Permit, medical, Settling-In Programme) and coordination costs with overseas sourcing partners. Passed through at cost.
Total Employer Fee
S$1,900
* Helper Placement Fees are separate from the above and are not charged to the employer. These are fees agreed between the Agency and the helper, structured in accordance with MOM guidelines. They vary depending on the helper's individual circumstances and are managed directly between the Agency and the helper.

Placement Assurance
We stand behind our matches.
If your helper isn't the right fit within the first 3 months, you have two options.
Option A
Within 3 Months
Partial Refund
S$550
50% of the agency placement fee (S$1,100) refunded. Helper must be returned to the Agency to be eligible.
Option B
Within 3 Months
1-for-1 Replacement
We'll find you a replacement helper at no additional agency fee. Only reasonable third-party costs (work permit, medical, transport) will be passed through at cost.
Helper must be returned through the Agency to activate either option
Refund applies to agency placement fee (S$1,100) only — MOM-mandated and overseas partner fees are non-refundable once committed
Assurance is void if employment terms are breached by the Employer
Both options are available for the same placement — you choose what works best for your situation
After 3 Months
Formal refund and replacement entitlements no longer apply, but we don't disappear. We remain a call away — happy to offer guidance, a listening ear, or help you work through any challenges as they come.

A Note on Helper Placement Fees
Fair on both sides.
What are helper placement fees, and how do they work?
How Helper Placement Fees Work
Helper placement fees are separate from the employer's all-in fee. They reflect the costs involved in sourcing, preparing, and deploying a helper from overseas — including coordination with our overseas partners, pre-departure training, and documentation. These fees vary depending on the helper's individual circumstances and are structured in accordance with MOM guidelines. They are managed directly between the Agency and the helper, and do not affect the employer's quoted fee of S$1,900.
